We don't want it to be Rover and out without a win
THE performance at Swansea once again wasn't good enough, although the third and fourth goals were a little harsh on us.
The third one the guy was a mile off side, while their last goal never went close to crossing the line and how the assistant ref could give it was amazing.
But even if those goals hadn't been given we would still have been 2-0 down at half-time
We were able to salvage some pride in the second half but, unfortunately by then some of our fans were already on their way home.
It was a great effort to take over 200 fans to a game with nothing riding on it for us and it was just a shame we couldn't perform better.
One of those probably wondering whether to leave early was my mate Ginger John. He has been to every game this season and after a nightmare trip to Oldham I was surprised that he wanted to go to Swansea.
The other week he decided to go by train to Oldham for a change, but unluckily for him there was a major problem and he got stuck in Birmingham so didn't get home in the end until 1am in the morning.
So as he has also been asking me all season to give him a mention in my column, I thought it would be good to get him in before the end of the campaign.
Seriously now we've got to re-group and look to get back to winning ways against Bristol Rovers on Saturday. You want to give the fans something to go away with for the summer, so hopefully we can end the season on a high.
