Premier Division

Newbury Forest lost a 6-4 thriller at home to Kelvedon Hatch which means the visitors remain atop the league standings.

Winless Forest netted through Bradley Gates, Joseph Mariani, Tom Prendergast and Scotty Emmons, but saw their goals cancelled out by strikes from Lee Cody (2), James Burt (2), Mike Daniels and Ben Gardner.

Wadham Lodge fell to their first defeat of the season by losing 3-0 at Hannakins Farm. Elliot Vine, Chris Howard and Ben Swift scored the goals for the hosts.

Buckhurst Hill were beaten 2-1 by Rayleigh Town. Jamie Blewitt and Peter Beaumont put Rayleigh into a 2-0 lead before Axel Kodjo got one back for Hill.

Division One

Ongar Town slipped to a 3-2 loss at home to Westhamians. Danny Downer (2) and Dane Willis scored the goals for Westhamians.

Division Two

Debden Sports were beaten 2-1 at home to Toby, who remain in second place. Bradley Woodards and Paul Carr scored the Toby goals, with James Hosier hitting back for Debden.

Ryan FC also suffered defeat, losing 2-1 against Old Barkabbeyans. Paul White got Ryan’s goal, only for Josh Robinson and Jay Dale to win the contest for Barkabbeyans.

LOASS overcame Roydon 3-1, thanks to goals from Piotr Burzynski, Abiola Bologun and Jonjo Walsh. Martin O’Rourke struck for Roydon.

Division Three

Epping were runaway winners against Sungate, scoring five unanswered goals. Tony Field scored a hat-trick, with Jack Clarke also bagging.

Senior Division Cup

Snaresbrook are into the next round of the competition after beating Broomfield 2-1 to set up a tie with East Londoners.

Drew Barbier and Stephen McCormack scored for Snaresbrook, with Zach Pace getting the Broomfield consolation.

Essex Sunday Corinthian Football League

Premier Division

Greengate remain top of the league after cruising to a comfortable 5-0 win at home to Romford Elite.

Sonny Read led the way with two goals, whilst Marc McLean, Patrick Songe Damali and Bradley Connor also weighed in.

Second-placed Chingford Celtic picked up a 2-0 win at Elm Park Eagles to leave them behind Greengate on goal difference only.

In third place, Woodbridge beat fifth-placed Morfdown Elect 2-1 to get their first win of the campaign.

Goals from William McNally and Jack Eua rendered Jason Imbert’s strike no more than a consolation.

EMWA and Coral played out a 2-2 draw which leaves the two sides in the middle of the pack. George Ashwan and John Scales struck from EMWA, whilst Lee Chapman and Alan Hawrami hit back for Coral.

Division One

Second-placed Repton Park were among the goals, thrashing Lonsdale 6-2. Braces from Jayden and Jobe Ambrose were built upon by Georgie Groom and Jesse Spearing.

Kallum Fletcher managed a brace in reply for Lonsdale.

CSKA Dynamos were big winners on the road, winning 4-0 at M & B Club. Francis Okolie scored twice, with Lee Bridges and Perry Foster both chipping in with further goals.

Alliance United and St Augustines shared six goals equally in an entertaining draw. Ricky Yorke, Jamie Rump and Jordan Buck all scored for Alliance, whilst Billy Anderson, Thomas Neil and Danny Murphy responded for the visitors.

Ainslie Wood drew 1-1 against Aldborough Hatch; James Sims Williams scoring the hosts’ goal, whilst Stefan Attfeld struck for Hatch.

Warren United Reserves maintained their 100 per cent start to the season with a 5-1 win at home to Archers Athletic, for whom Jamie Mayho scored the consolation strike.

Division Two

Romford Galaxy edged out Chadwell Grove 3-2 to keep up their winning start to the new season and remain top of the league standings.

Andrew Thorne scored twice and Paul Collinson once for Romford. Nathan Scarborough bagged a brace for Chadwell Grove in reply.

Flanders romped to a 5-1 win at Napier, with Matt Hector helping himself to a hat-trick. Matt Hunt and Samuel Badalola also got in on the act.

Wanstead United crushed E4 Rangers 4-1, with Kane Green’s double setting them on the way to victory. Andrew Hooper and Ross Grimes also scored for the home side.

Pro Elite Soccer United lost a seven-goal thriller at Park Tavern, who picked up their first win of the campaign in the process.

David Hornsby (2), Charlie Legg and Perry Bruce all scored for Tavern, whilst Duane Owusu (2) and Abolade Siyanbola were the United marksmen.

Leyton Green are in third place after picking up a 1-0 win at Heathside.
