Premier Division
Warren United took advantage of Chingford Celtic’s clash with Greengate being postponed to move into second place with a 3-1 win at Romford Elite.
The victory means Warren have now played a game less than Celtic but are ahead on goal difference – only three points worse off than league-leaders Greengate.
James Peagram scored a brace for United and George Cranfield added a third to seal the points.
EMWA were comprehensive winners at West Thurrock, winning 4-0 to move into fourth place on goal difference.
Jimmy Curtis, Shane Smith, Reece Morgan and John Scales were all on target for EMWA.
Woodbridge sit in sixth position and trail EMWA on goal difference after they won 2-1 at home to Elm Park Eagles. Chris Orbell was the Woodbridge hero, he helped himself to a brace.
Division One
With league leaders Ainslie Wood in cup action, Repton Park closed their lead at the top to three points by beating Archers Athletic 2-0.
Jayden Ambrose and Jesse Spearing scored the goals to leave Repton three points behind with a game in hand.
Aldborough Hatch edged a five-goal thriller with CSKA Dynamos to win 3-2. Francis Okolie and Ryan Kelland were the CSKA marksman, with defeat leaving them fifth.
Keiran Sheridan bagged a brace as Lonsdale picked up a 3-1 victory over Alliance United. Leo Suta got Lonsdale’s other goal.
May & Baker Club thrashed bottom-of-the-league Spring Farm 7-0 to leave the hosts winless and pointless at the foot of the table.
Division Two
Wanstead United still sit at the summit after a crushing 6-2 win over Flanders. Nathan Mills and Samuel Babolola scored Flanders’ consolations.
Leyton Green were also amongst the goals, winning 7-3 at Park Tavern to maintain their grasp on second place.
In third spot, Romford Galaxy eased to a 3-0 home win over E4 Rangers.
Corinthian Cup
There was a giant killing as Ainslie Wood of Division One thrashed Premier Division outfit Morfdown Elect 9-3 in a ruthless display.
Trophyland Cup
Warren United Reserves were also 9-3 winners, knocking out St Augustines in spectacular fashion.
Daryl Dodge, Thomas Neale and Thomas Neil got St Augustines’ goals.
