Essex Alliance Football League
Premier Division
With the division's only other two fixtures both being postponed on Saturday, Newham Reserves took centre stage with a 4-3 win at Jolof Sports Club.
The win means Newham strengthen their grip on fourth place, with Chingford Town six points behind in fifth.
Newham are level on points with Jolof in second, having played four games more, but trail due to their inferior goal difference.
Division One
League-leaders Blue Marlin saw their lead at the summit cut after being held to a 1-1 draw with Three Colts.
Richard Blackwell struck for Three Colts to ensure a share of the spoils and the draw means Blue Marlin are now just four points ahead of St Johns Deaf.
A resounding 4-1 victory for St Johns helped close that gap, with Forest Green well-beaten by the second-placed side.
St Johns still have two games in hand over Blue Marlin.
League Cup Round Three
Michael Mignot scored four times as Chingford Athletic crushed Dagenham United to reach round four.
Jake Edward Mignot added a further two, with Charlie Maher also hitting the back of the net in a crushing win for Chingford.
Division One Cup Quarter Final
Chingford Town Reserves were 3-0 winners at Northend, booking their place in the semi finals of the competition.
Richard Oxby scored twice, with Adam Hole grabbing the third.
