West Ham United forward Mauro Zarate will undergo a medical at Queens Park Rangers ahead of a loan move to Loftus Road, according to the London Evening Standard.
The Argentine joined the Hammers from Velez Sarsfield in the summer but has struggled to make an impact, scoring twice in just five Premier League starts.
Zarate's last outing for the Hammers came in the 2-1 win over West Bromwich Albion at the beginning of December and he has failed to make it off the bench since.
The former Internazionale and Birmingham City frontman has played just 415 minutes of league football, with a further 41 minutes of action coming in the League Cup.
