Table-toppers May & Baker EC 'A' extended their lead over second-placed Chingford Athletic with a 3-2 win over Newham Reserves.

The win means May & Baker are now 11 points clear of Athletic in second, though Chingford do have three games in hand.

Chingford Town cruised to a 5-2 win over Cranes United, which sees them close the gap on the top four.

A brace from Aaron Ramos Gonzalez was added to by efforts from Bill Johnson, Jack Lustig and Joseph Johnson as Town eased to the points.

AAH Romford picked up a 3-1 win at bottom-of-the-pile Rainham Working Men's Club.

Matthew Allen notched a brace, which was added to by another effort from Ryan Parker to seal the points.

Eastside Rangers (London Community) claimed a 3-2 win at Chingford Harriers.

Goals from Nicholas Shawyer and David Fairlie were not enough for Chingford, who remain tenth.

Division One

Blue Marlin suffered their first defeat of the season, losing 2-1 at home to London Bari Reserves.

Goals from Benjamin Shoderu and Andrew Elie sunk Blue Marlin, who now lead St Johns Deaf by four points having played three more games.

Vittoriosa Falcons eased to a 5-0 win at Forest Green.

A hat-trick from Nathan Scarborough was added to by a double from Daniel Vearer, crowning the win.

Three Colts also hit five as they beat basement-dwellers Glendale 5-1.

Dave Richardson scored for visitors Glendale but it was no more than a consolation.

Division Two

Custon House scored nine times without reply in a ruthless thrashing of Canio.

Paul Wooster helped himself to a hat-trick, with Ritchie Weeks (2), Robert Wooster, Bradley Routledge and Jay Jolly also getting in on the act.

Cowley Community were also big winners, trouncing Singh Sabha Barking 8-1 at home.

Division Two Cup Quarter-finals

Harry Chalk scored seven as Grove United knocked out Newham Royals 9-1 There was also a brace for John Hughes as Grove put in a thoroughly-dominant display.

Leyton Green beat West Essex Reserves 3-1 on penalties after drawing 3-3 in normal time.

Samuel Brown and Otis Gatehouse struck for West Essex, with Wyndell Foster hitting a brace in reply for Green.

Essex Junior Cup Round Four

Great Braddow were 6-0 winners over Chingford Athletic, whilst Sumners knocked out Melbourne Sports 1-0.

Northend were beaten 3-1 by Barkingside Under-21s.
