League-leaders May & Baker EC ‘A’ remain comfortably clear of Chingford Athletic in second after beating Jolof Sports Club 3-1.
Goals from Darren Seymour, Carl Potten and Joel Oliver cancelled out Mike Nduakulu’s effort for the visitors.
In the division’s only other fixture, Chingford Harriers were 2-0 winners at Rainham Working Men’s Club.
Dan Pereira and Edwin Jabbari were both on target for Chingford.
Division One
Top-of-the-table Blue Marlin squeezed past Lord Nelson 1-0 to boost their lead at the summit.
Blue Marlin boast a 16-point lead over St Johns Deaf in second after they lost 2-1 at Forest Green.
James Toppin got the winner for Blue Marlin, who have played five more matches than their nearest rivals.
Division Two
Second-placed West Essex Reserves beat Cowley Community 3-1 to cut Grove United’s lead, with the leaders not in action.
Strikes from Samuel Brown, Otis Gatehouse and James Bromley sealed the points, with Alex Topping hitting back for Cowley Community.
Dagenham United and Singh Sabha Barking played out a 1-1 draw, which does little for the seventh and sixth-place outfits respectively.
Samuel Kingett got the United goal, with Jordan Aaron Hamilton the Barking marksman.
Fenton Cup Round Two
Bradley O’Donavon scored four times as Leyton Green overcame AAH Romford 5-4 in a thrilling encounter.
Nick Oliver was also on target for visiting Green, who advance to round three. Steven Florence, Matthew Gray, Ryan Quincey and Steven Richards all notched for Romford.
It took penalties to separate Custom Hose and Northend following a 2-2 draw after extra-time.
Custom House advanced 4-3 after Paul Wooster (2) had levelled Chris Margiotta and Edmond Dushi goals.
Premier Division Cup Round One
Senkatuka Nelson hit four to fire Cranes United through, 5-2 at Chingford Athletic’s expense.
Adding to Nelson’s haul was Kaylango Fred.
Eastside Rangers (London Community) were comfortable winners too, knocking out Melbourne Sports 3-1.
Gary Murray (2) and John Mensah rendered Garry Merrifield’s effort a mere consolation.
London Junior Cup Quarter-Final
Sloane beat St Francis 1-0 to advance to the last four.
