Premier Division

In the division’s only fixture, second-placed Warren United closed the gap on leaders Greengate by crushing Coral 5-1 on Sunday.

Greengate remain 12 points clear of Warren, albeit the second-placed side have three games in hand.

James Peagram grabbed a hat-trick, whilst further efforts from Joshua Clarke and Daniel Bell sealed the win for United. Shaun Gibson was the scorer of Coral’s consolation effort.

Division One

Table-toppers Ainslie Wood slipped up, drawing 2-2 at Repton Park to see their lead at the summit cut.

Goals from Jayden Ambrose and Jesse Spearing sealed a point for third-placed Repton Park.

Second-placed Aldborough Hatch took full advantage of the leaders’ slip up, winning 3-2 at home to Archers Athletic.

Terlochan Singh scored twice, with Tom Leonard Moore completing the job for Hatch.

May & Baker Club eased to a 5-0 win at Alliance United thanks to a Jamie Boulaylib hat-trick.

David Ryan and Sam Gittins also got in on the act to put further distance between May & Baker and the relegation zone, with Alliance a place and seven points beneath them.

St Augustines eased to a comfortable 4-1 home win over Spring Farm.

A brace from Matthew Dilworth was enhanced by strikes for Jack Dalby and Thomas Neil.

A hat-trick from Darra Wright was not enough for Lonsdale, who were beaten 6-3 at home to Warren United Reserves.

The win sees Warren United move within two points of leaders Ainslie Wood, whilst Lonsdale remain rooted in the middle of the pack.

Division Two

Top-of-the-table Leyton Green were beaten for just the second time this season, losing 2-1 at second-placed Flanders.

The win means Flanders are ten points worse off than Green but with five games in hand, they still hold an ace up their sleeve.

Third-placed Romford Galaxy were in cruise control as they swept aside struggling Napier 5-1.

Robert Watson struck twice, with Craig James Thomas McNutt, Andrew Scannell and Gary Smith weighing in with further efforts for the hosts.

Fifth and sixth did battle, with Park Tavern coming out on top against Wanstead United, winning by the odd goal in five.

Premier Division Cup

EMWA dismantled Chingford Celtic 6-1 to secure their place in the next round of the competition.

There were braces for George Ashwan and Shane Wallace, whilst Dean Steven Frett and Kacey Adam also found the back of the net.
