LOUGHTON manager Keith Campen is hoping no more games are hit by the weather this season after the clubs sixth game of the campaign was postponed.
The Avondale Close outfit's game against Bovington was hit by a waterlogged pitch.
Disappointed Campen said: "It is very frustrating when games a cancelled, because you work very hard to prepare for them. We have still got 13 games to play this season and so I'm sure we will be playing a few mid-week matches come the end of the campaign."
Loughton are hoping to be back in action in the league this Saturday at Little Munden.
Meanwhile Debden had their Skipp Attwood Trophy semi-final with Upminster called off at the weekend and Epping also saw their league fixture against Roydon postponed.
Debden are set to play Barking Legends in the league on Saturday, with Epping travelling to Potter Street in round three of the Essex Senior Cup.
