Table-toppers May & Baker E.C 'A' sent out a warning message to title rivals Chingford Athletic by crushing Chingford Town 6-0 on Saturday.

The league leaders are nine points ahead of Athletic with two to play but the second-placed outfit do have three games in hand.

However, strikes by Joshua Pells Lowbridge, Jordan Harris, Jack Boys, Kane Messenger and Carl Patten ensure and easy afternoon's work for M & B.

In second, Chingford Athletic saw the gap between the two sides widen as they went down 2-0 at home to Melbourne Sports, themselves third.

Tenth-placed St Francis beat fifth-placed Newham Reserves 4-0 to boost their survival chances.

Currently third bottom, St Francis are level on points with Chingford Harriers, who occupy the final relegation place. However, St Francis have four games in hand and a vastly superior goal difference.

Eighth beat seventh as Cranes United overcame Chingford Town 4-1 in a resounding victory.

Adam Fernandi struck for Harriers but it was little more than a consolation for the visitors.

Division Two

Singh Sabha Barking brought their season to a close with a flourish, easing to a 3-0 home win over St Francis Reserves.

With seventh-placed Dagenham United four points behind with a game to play, Barking are guaranteed sixth position.

Premier Division Cup Semi-final

A whopping 31 penalties were scored in separating Rainham Working Men's Club and Eastside Rangers (London Community), with the former eventually progressing to the final.

The game had finished 2-2 after extra-time, with Matt Humphreys and Tony David Maynard on-target for Rainham, before a mammoth penalty shoot-out ensured to decide who progressed.

Division Two Cup Semi-final

Leyton Green's double dreams are over after they lost 2-1 to Grove United, who advanced to the final in their place.

Tom Blackmur and Matt Carmody scored the goals for Grove, who will now contest silverware.

Division On Cup Semi-final

A hat-trick from Nathan Scarborough did for Blue Marlin, who exited 4-1 at the hands of Vittoriosa Falcons.

Daniel Vearer was also amongst the goals for the winners, who cantered into the final.
