East London Runner Thomas Grimes retained his title at the Lea Valley 10km on Sunday and improved on his time in the process.
A time of 34.49 was enough for the win last year but Grimes improved on that this time around to finish in 34.20 and pick up a second straight win on the course.
Antonio Martin Romero was in sixth in 37.48, whilst Graham Peacock finished 78th in 48.07.
In the Felsted 10km James Creed was 39th (40.46), Emmet Fitzgibbon was 51st (42.37) and Grant Conway took 81st (45.05).
At the British 10km, Manjit Singh was 250th with a time of 42.53. Jamie Xavier (48.30) and Don Bennett (1.03.02) also competed.
