Mike Everitt is the club champion at Woodford Golf Club for the fourth year in a row.
The postal worker came in with gross scores of 73 on Saturday and 74 on Sunday to give him a scratch total of 147 over 36 holes.
That was enough to comfortably hold off challenges by runner-up Mark Deeming (75+78=153) and third-placed Michael Smith (76+79=155).
Chris Phillips won the Mead Challenge Cup on Saturday with a round of 81-18=63.
In a competition where high handicappers have to play off a maximum of 18, Paul Goskie was one shot adrift and came in with a 64 net. Club treasurer Mike Smith was third on 76-11=65.
