Woodford Green with Essex Ladies won their final home match of the year in the Southern Athletics League by beating divisional champions Royston into Second place.

Lucy Marshall won the hammer in 55.88 and the shot put in 11.90m. Hollie Redman won the discus in 45.85m, backing up wins in the hammer and javelin.

Eike Vardja won the javelin to complete throwing domination. Gemma Coe won the 800m and 1500m, whilst Phoebe Fuhr won the pole vault and high jump.

Ella Warwick, Clare Leckie and Elese Obiekwe clinched the 4x100m. Warick and Leckie, along with Zoe Watson and Kat Gundersen, took the 4x400m.

Ryan McKinlay won the 2,000m steeplechase, 400m hurdles, 800m and 110m hurdles, whilst Stefan Redmond enjoyed success in the 200m. He was also part of the 4x100m team, along with Carl Rendora, Keira McCook and Tyler Brown, who sealed another win.

Harry Clarke won the hammer, Jay Boddington was triumphant in the javelin and Hugh Williams in the shot. Mikaeel Khaliq snatched the discus and Christman Ihouma won the triple jump.
