Buckhurst Hill Under-21s were 5-0 victors over Chingford town and claim early leadership of the division.
Richard Akinlade (2), Jordan Chambers, Jerome Richards and Cam Ovel all score.
Jolof Sports Club won 2-0 at London Falcons to take second place.
Division One
Three Colts are the early leaders in the second tier, storming to the top of the standings with a resounding 5-0 home win over Chingford Harriers.
Matthew Daley struck twice with Jason Fox and James Kane also registering.
Division Two
London APSA soared to the summit with a 6-0 away win at Leyton Green.
Meanwhile, Chingford Athletic Reserves won an eight-goal thriller at Newham Royals 5-3.
Michael Kelly (2), Jake Edward Mignot, Sam French and Joseph Middleweek all hit the back of the net for Chingford.
Robert Lee Adams (2) and Richard Smith replied for the beleaguered home side.
Flyers Reserves edged out St Francis Reserves 5-4 in a dramatic contest.
Jimmy Olajede was among the Flyers scorers, whilst Oly Ade (2), Liam Abraham and Joel Mathews score in vain for the visitors.
Singh Sabha Barking and Inter Plaistow drew 2-2.
