East London Runners' Alex Bee finished third at a foggy Wanstead Flats on Saturday morning – the club's highest finisher.
Bee's time of 17.35 put him comfortably ahead of the club's next best placed competitor, Alex Day (18.09) in sixth.
Ciaran Canavan came home 17th in a time of 19.46 whilst there was also a top-20 berth for Emmet Fitzgibbon (20.26).
Claire Parker (22.37) and Felicity Price-Thomas (22.47) both managed course personal bests whilst finishing in 36th and 38th place respectively.
Spencer Evans took third spot at the Beckton Parkrun and did so in a course personal best of 18.50.
Aaron Browne was the first East London Runner across the line at Valentine Parkrun, a time of 18.55 enough for him to secure third place overall.
Thomas Grimes was in action at Fulham Palace and his time of 16.26 was only enough for fourth place.
