Chingford Athletic beat Dagenham United 6-3 to advance into second place.
Peter Kelly's double saw Romford Galaxy edge out Park Tavern 2-1.
Division Three
Westferry Elite closed the gap on leaders E4 Rangers by beating Napier 2-1 thanks to Remi Green's double.
Ricky Rix halved the deficit for the visitors.
Wanstead United snuck past Alliance United 1-0 – thanks to Andre Hooper – whilst Goresbrook and Epping Forest Falcons played out a 1-1 draw.
Corinthian Cup
Division One side Archers Athletic pulled off a shock by knocking out top-flight high-fliers Shelby 5-2 in extra-time.
In the all Premier Division Division tie, EMWA ousted Aldborough Hatch 2-1.
Trophyland Cup
Division Three side Heathside trounced Central Colts – who sit at the foot of the table – 12-0 in a ruthless display.
London Fire Brigade pulled off a surprise by winning 6-4 at Loves Divine, a division above them in Division Two.
FC Mexico knocked out Lakeview A, the side directly below them in the Division Two standings, 4-2 away from home.
Third tier table toppers Slaters Arms breezed past FC United of Hornchurch 4-1 away from home.
