East London Amateur Boxing Academy's Andrew Ozansoy picked up a knockout win on his debut at the latest Romford AFC show on Saturday evening.
Ozansoy started fast and took the bout to his opponent, who was representing them Kent-based St Mary Boxing Club.
He remained in control of the bout during the second round and by the third the referee had seen enough and awarded a TKO in favour of Ozansoy.
Coach Umer Ali Iqbal said: "Andrew's performance is a testimony to the hard work he puts in the gym. He remained calm and did what he has learnt.
"Andrew is a fast learner and a great kid to work with, he put the effort in and deserved the win.
"The Academy now has a number of boys with huge potential who will be soon replicating Andrew and making their debuts very soon.
"With two boys reaching the national semi-finals and Andrew's performance, this shows the depth of talent the East London Boxing Academy currently has."
