East London Runners' James Wilson began the new year with back-to-back wins at Wanstead.
On Friday Wilson got his first finish at the Wanstead parkrun by clocking a time of 18.55.
He repeated that trick on Saturday at the same course, crossing the line in 19.04.
Patrick Brown was second in Saturday's race, finishing just behind Wilson in a time of 19.13.
Scott McMillan finished in third place overall in a time of 19.54.
Ciaran Canavan was seventh in 21.03 whilst Craig Simpson was tenth in 22.33.
Felicity Price-Thomas (24.58) finished 21st, Maud Hodson (27.18) was 34th, Fiona Day (27.28) was 36th and Alan Branch (27.33) was 37th.
At the Hackey parkrun there was a course personal best for James Clarke.
He finished ninth overall with a time of 19.27.
Elsewhere, Spencer Evans was seventh at the Valentine parkrun in a time of 19.12 Craig Livermore was 11th in 20.34.
