Matthew Roberts, Michael Mignot and Anton Trice netted for Chingford whilst Connor Kain (2) and Michael Aramide replied for the visitors.
Blue Marlin beat May & Baker E.C ‘A’ 3-2 with goals from Kieron James, Matthew Hamilton and Nathan Desnoes.
Efforts from Danny Downer and Joshua Lowbridge weren’t enough for May & Baker to take anything from the game.

Leaders Grove United thumped St John’s Deaf 4-1.

Second-placed Kitgum Boys breezed past Three Colts 2-0 with Isma Bukemya helping himself to a brace.
Flyers drew 4-4 with West Essex Reserves in a thrilling encounter.
Jason Hankin struck twice for Flyers with Neil Hankin and Tony Hirst also among the goals.
Glendale beat Cowley Community 2-1 thanks to goals from Francesco Tagliamonti and Ricky Hall.
Division Two
Table-toppers Singh Sabha Barking beat London APSA 2-1 to remain clear by four points.
Second-placed Inter Plaistow are hot on their tails, though, and have the benefit of a game in hand.
Jordan Hamilton and Harry Aulak were the Singh Sabha scorers.
Custom House and Newham Royals drew 3-3 in an end-to-end encounter.
Bradley Routledge, Tim Mason and Errol Gowdie were the Custom House marksmen.
Richard Smith and Daniel Cuming sealed a share of the spoils for the visitors.
