Hosts Toby went in front via Aiden Lewis. Defeat leaves them 16 points from safety.
Old Chelmsfordians enjoyed a 4-1 win over Ongar Town.
Ongar Town scored through Sam Bubb but also find themselves in the relegation zone.
Division Two
Roydon remain in the drop zone after a 6-2 loss at home to Catholic United.
Elsehwere, Ryan beat Old Barkabbeyans 3-0.
Division Three
Epping were routed 4-1 at home by Leytonstone United while May & Baker went down 2-1 at home to Upminster.
