Table toppers Grove United ruthlessly grounded Flyers 8-0.
Kitgum Boys eased past Forest Green 4-0 to keep up the heat on the leaders.
St John's Deaf overcame Chingford Harriers 4-2 with Marios Costi nabbing all four.
Cowley Community beat Glendale 4-1 while West Essex Reserves overcame Three Colts 3-2.

Inter Plaistow routed Leyton Green 7-3
