Repton Park strengthened their grip on third place with a resounding 5-0 win over mid-table FC Continental on Sunday.

Despite that victory, Repton remain nine points behind leaders Poplar Boys and three shy of Ainslie Wood in second.

Division One

Four goals apiece from Jordan Cook and Michael O'Brien helped Barking pile on the misery for bottom side Morfdown Elect in an 11-1 win.

Defensive pair James Cook and Danny Cook also got among the goals with substitute Dylan Plunkett netting too.

Goals from Jamie Bailey and Kirk Sleet sealed the win, with Paul Collinson getting the visitors' reply, and keep Dagenham a point off the top.

Struggling FC United of Hornchurch picked up a welcome 3-0 win at Chingford Athletic – just their third of the campaign.

Division Three

Heathside were rampant in their clash at Central Colts, knocking in eight without reply.

That commanding win enhances their buffer on sixth position to six points.

London Fire Brigade also hit the goal trail, brushing aside Epping Forest Falcons 7-1.

David Ellis (2), William Boulton, Daniel Oughton, David More, Richard Kirby and Michael Newson got the goals.

Wanstead United, in third, made light working of Alliance United, winning 4-0.

Stanley Fabowale (3) and Charles Fabowale (2) were on target.

Second-placed Westferry Elite overcame Spring Farm 3-1.
