The warning signs were there early on as Luke Tuttle headed Ryan Crisp's cross just wide.
In the 12th minute Tuttle got his aim right, meeting Frazer Blake-Tracey's cross from the left to nod the Norfolk side in front.
Dereham doubled their advantage after 25 minutes. Tuttle was the provider with Craig Bussens firing home.
A minute later it was three; Sam Borrer chested down Tuttle's pass before drilling in.
Number four arrived eight minutes before half time as Redbridge crumbled.
Tuttle's cross from the left lobbed keeper Callum Chafer who was replaced by Berkcan Belindir at half time.
The only goal of the second period saw Tuttle complete his hat-trick.
Redbridge host Tilbury on Tuesday in the Essex Senior Cup.
