LARKSWOOD Tang Soo Do club picked up a ten-medal haul at the 29th Central Tang Soo Do Championship.
The Chingford club had nine members competing against over 250 entrants in forms (Hyung) and free-fighting categories at an event open to holders of orange belts to third dan black belts.
Blue belt Courtney Cooke won double gold in the junior U11 age group, winning both the forms and free-fighting events and beating a black belt in the final fight. Over-16 green belts Elmyra Jean took bronze in forms and silver in free-fighting. Christian Jones took bronze in both forms.
Silver medals went to Grace Jones, forms (junior girls 11 to 13), and Calvin Lewis, forms (junior boys 11 to 13). Ashley Rennals won bronze in free-fighting (junior 11 to 13) and red belt Maz Islam took bronze in forms (over 16).
