London Falcons strengthened their grip on fifth place with a 4-0 win over St Francis in the division's only game.
St Francis, meanwhile, remain rooted to the bottom of the league.
Division One
Three Colts climbed to third place by battering Flyers 4-0.
Victory means the Colts are now a point clear of St John's Deaf and eight shy of Kitgum Boys, in second, who have played six games more.
Strugglers Forest Green moved off the foot of the table by beating mid-table Glendale 3-0.
That win leaves Flyers propping up the table and means Forest Green are now three points behind Cowley Community in eighth.
An entertaining tussle between St John's Deaf and Kitgum Boys ended in a 3-3 draw.
Division Two
The only game in the division saw Chingford Athletic Reserves win 1-0 at Inter Plaistow – a place above them in third.
Aaron French got the only goal of the game.
Fenton Cup Quarter-Final
Grove United advanced by beating Melbourne Sports 2-0.
Premier Division Cup Quarter-Finals
Rainham Working Men's Club breezed past Buckhurst Hill Under-21s 4-0 while May & Baker EC 'A' beat Chingford Athletic 2-1.
