ARSENAL'S Samir Nasri is out of France's friendly match with Sweden in Gothenburg on Wednesday with a thigh strain, just 24 hours after being called up to replace Marseille's Hatem Ben Arfa.
Nasri was called in for Ben Arfa, who injured his adductors over the weekend, but was just as quickly ruled out of the match because of concerns over his thigh.
The 21-year-old winger has been struggling with the injury in recent weeks but was passed fit to play against West Brom on Saturday - when he scored the winner - but the French Football Federation confirmed on their website that Nasri had been left out.
It is not known whether the Frenchman has aggravated his injury or whether he will be fit to face Fulham at the weekend.
