JUANDE Ramos wants Dimitar Berbatov's future resolved to allow him to focus on his pursuit for Athletico Madrid's Diego Forlan and Blackburn's Roque Santa Cruz, according to reports.
Berbatov is expected to complete his long-awaited move to Manchester United in the coming days, paving the way for Ramos to work on bringing former Red Devils striker Forlan and Santa Cruz to White Hart Lane.
The Spaniard is desperate to replace Robbie Keane - who moved Liverpool last month - and sees Forlan as an ideal out-and-out striker.
It is thought Spurs are preparing a £14million bid for the Uruguayan, who has been a big hit in Spain despite an unsuccessful spell in England with United.
But Ramos believes he can fill the void left by Keane and spearhead the Spurs attack, although Madrid are believed to hold out for closer to £17million for the 29-year-old.
