TOTTENHAM reportedly want former Chelsea boss Avram Grant to replace under-fire director of football Damien Comolli.
Comolli's position is under threat following a manic transfer deadline day that saw star striker Dimitar Berbatov leave and no adequate replacement come in.
Now media sources are claiming that the Frenchman, who takes responsibility of the club's transfer policy, is on his way out of White Hart Lane.
And Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is thought it be eyeing Grant - sacked by the Blues in the summer - as a replacement, although the club insist there is no truth in the link.
Spurs have also been connected with bringing back former boss Terry Venables for the role should it become available.
