ONGAR will be desperate to get their season back on track against a strong Brightlingsea side on Saturday after a demoralising cup loss to Ely last week.
Ongar were dumped out of the Junior Vase competition after being thrashed by Ely but the side have a chance to put things right this weekend.
Club captain Graham Bell knows his team will face a tricky test at Brightlingsea, having beaten them at their Love Lane ground last year but they were beaten away from home.
“It should be a good game but it will certainly be a tough game for us,” said the skipper.
“We've got plenty of good players in the team that are ready to play and we will go there and have a crack at them.”
