ONGAR skipper Graham Bell has earmarked this week's game with Witham as one that they must win to stay in touch with the rest of the league.
The Love Lane outfit sit one place off the foot of the table, with Saturday's opponents the one side lying below them.
The team won their last match against fellow strugglers Ravens two weeks ago, and they will be keen to trigger a run that will see them scale the table.
Despite Witham's lowly position, Bell insists they won't be taking them lightly, with all the players eager to get back into the swing of things after a week off.
“It's a game we need to win,” admitted Bell. “We've got a couple of players back in the side which will help.
“We played Witham a few years ago and they were very strong so we won't be taking them lightly.
“Everyone is ready to get back out there and play.”
