Tottenham have wrapped up the signing of former Manchester United defender Ezekiel Fryers who joins Spurs from Standard Liege.

The 20-year-old left-back trained with Spurs in the summer after leaving Old Trafford but the a potential move collapsed because of United's compensation demands.

Fryers has been capped by England at Under-16, 17 and 19 level and can play at either left back or centre half.

The fee is thought to be in the region of £3m.
