SPURS earned a point in their battle to gain a Europa League spot this afternoon.
It was a fine defensive performance from the Lilywhites.
The hosts came the closest to scoring, Dan Gosling hitting the woodwork with 20 minutes to go.
But Tottenham also had their moments. Gareth Bale went close in the first half, while Jermain Defoe had their best effort after the interval.
However, neither keeper was really tested in a game of very few clear-cut chances.
Though this was a decent point for Spurs, Fulham's 3-1 win over Aston Villa puts the west Londoners in the driving seat for the coveted seventh spot.
Tottenham : Gomes, Corluka, King, Woodgate, Bale, Hutton, Huddlestone, Jenas, Modric, Keane, Defoe. Subs: Cudicini, Bentley, Pavlyuchenko, Gunter, Campbell, Chimbonda, Rose.
