A BID to bring a Real Madrid super-star to Spurs is still not wrapped up.
Manager Harry Redknapp launched an audacious attempt to land Rafael Van der Vaart, 27, for the cut-price of £8m, just two hours before the transfer day dead-line, yesterday (Tuesday).
"The fee has come crashing down because the deadline is so close," explained Redknapp, who now must wait to see today if the deal goes through.
