SUNDERLAND duo Kenwyne Jones and Carlos Edwards will be available to play in Saturday's crunch Premier League clash with West Ham.
The Trinidad and Tobago Football Federation have dropped their threat to ask FIFA to impose the 'five-day rule' on Sunderland after both were pulled out of the squad to play Jamaica tonight.
That would have stopped either from from playing for the club for five days after the friendly in Kingston, including Saturday's tie with the Irons at the Stadium of Light.
However, an agreement was reached between club and country after it was believed that Sunderland boss Roy Keane and skipper Dwight Yorke persuaded T&TFF special adviser Jack Warner to drop the threat.
The Black Cats refused to release the players for international duty on medical grounds - Jones missed Saturday's 1-0 win at Aston Villa with a virus, and Edwards is struggling with a groin problem.
