IT was good to end the campaign on a high with a win over Bristol Rovers on Saturday and gives us something to take into next season.
I was also pleased that we gave the supporters something to cheer about on the day, because the second half of the season hasn't been great.
On the whole though, the club has moved forward and if you look at the bigger picture we've taken big strides this season.

Perhaps because nobody was expecting us to make the start we did, it raised expectations.
Of course it was frustrating in the end that we couldn't push on especially as we were in an automatic promotion spot for a long time, but I'm sure everyone at the club has learnt a lot of lessons from the campaign. But when you look at the bigger picture and see the progress the young players at the club have made, like Jason Demetriou, Brian Saah and Aiden Palmer it does look good for next year.
Personally though I've got a tough decision now to make about my future at the club.
While I'm delighted to be offered a new deal and would love to stay the length of the contract isn't what I was looking for.
I was hoping to get more than year especially with a young family to consider. So I need to think long and hard, but I must say this isn't a club I want to leave because I have loved every minute of my time here so far.
Everyone at Orient has been great to work with and the fans have been good to me, so as I say it is going to be a tough decision to make.
Finally, when we all came in on Tuesday JJ Melligan was back to his fashion disaster best. I'm not sure what he thought he was wearing, but these shorts he had on were awful.
They were so tight they looked like cycling shorts, and the fact they were also grey with red and white in them made them look even worse.
