WOLVES winger Michael Kightly has ended the constant speculation linking him with a move to West Ham by signing a new four year contract, writes Trevor Vidler.
Generally regarded as one of the best players outside the Premier League it was thought that the England under-21 star would move on following the Molineux clubs failure to make the Championship play-offs.
However, the 22-year-old wing wizard has decided to remain loyal to the club that unearthed him from non-league Grays in 2006.
Speaking to the Wolves website, Kightly said, "I'm really pleased that the deal has been completed. I hope it will stop all of this talk about me wanting to leave."
Despite an injtop-flight clubs, including West Ham. In two seasons for the Championship side he has scored 13 goals in 47 appearances.
