TOTTENHAM are considering a £7million move for rising Hammers star Mark Noble, according to internet reports.
The West Ham midfielder is beginning to make a name for himself alongside Scott Parker in the Premier League and is reportedly catching the eye of Spurs' scouts, if football site TribalFootball is to be believed.
It has been suggested that the White Hart Lane outfit will test the Irons' will with a bid of around £7million as they look to bolster their midfield.
