WEST HAM are set to complete the loan signing of Monaco striker Dieumerci Mbokani, according to reports.
The Daily Mail claim the French outfit have given the green light for the deal taking the £7million-rated player to Upton Park to go ahead.
A work permit for the 25-year-old may prove to be a stumbling block, however, as his country Congo is ranked 124th in the world.
