West Ham United have picked the same team which won 2-0 at Cardiff for the second leg of their play-off semi-final at Upton Park this afternoon.
The Hammers are in a great position to reach Wembley after Jack Collison's brace in Wales on Thursday night.
Cardiff have made just two changes to their side with Kevin McNaughton fit to play in place of Darcy Blake. Stephen McPhail also came into the side with Don Cowie on the bench.
