Aston Villa defender James Collins has agreed to rejoin West Ham United in a reported £2.5m deal.
The 28-year-old could have left Villa Park on a free transfer next summer but new boss Paul Lambert has decided to let him go now.
Collins moved to Upton Park in 2005 and spent four years with the Irons before joining Villa.
The Wales international has agreed a four-year deal with Sam Allardyce's side.
