Carl Jenkinson has been called up by England Under-21s and is one of five West Ham United players called upon for international duty.

The defender, currently on a season-long loan from Arsenal, has been included in the England Under-21 squad by Gareth Southgate for their Under-21 European Championships play-off with Croatia.

England host Croatia at Wolves’ Molineux ground on Friday, October 10, before playing the return leg in Croatia on Tuesday, October 14.

The winners will progress to the 2015 European Championships in the Czech Republic.

Ecuadorian striker Enner Valencia has been included in the Tricolor squad for their friendly against the United States of America in Connecticut on Friday.

Colombia will then face El Salvador on Tuesday in New Jersey.

Kieran Sadlier – a member of the Hammers’ development squad – has been called up by the Republic of Ireland’s Under-21s for their friendly with Norway on Thursday, October 9.

Jamie Harney has been called upon by Northern Ireland’s Under-19 side for their triple-header against the Czech Republic, Russia and the Faroe Islands, with the games taking place between October 9-14.

Finally, Reece Burke is involved in England Under-19’s squad for their European Championship qualifying round fixtures with Belarus, Luxembourg and Belgium.

The games are scheduled to take place between October 10-15.

Welsh centre-back James Collins has withdrawn from Chris Coleman’s squad for 2016 European Championship qualifiers with Bosnia-Herzegovina and the Czech Republic due to a groin injury.
