West Ham United had to settle for a frustrating 0-0 draw at home to Aston Villa in the Premier League this afternoon.
Striker Andy Carroll made his first appearance this season following an ankle injury and almost scored as a substitute.
Carroll had two late headers saved by Brad Guzan as the visitors held on for a point at Upton Park.
The result leaves West Ham fourth in the table and extended their unbeaten run to five games.
