Swansea City will be West Ham United’s last-ever opponents at Upton Park before they move to the Olympic Stadium following the 2015/16 season.

The Swans visit on Saturday, May 7 as the Hammers bid farewell to their ground.

West Ham will visit Arsenal in their opening fixture which will see new manager Slaven Bilic in the dugout for his first league match.

The trip to the Emirates on Saturday, August 8 will be followed by their first home fixture against Leicester City (Saturday, August 15).

The second London derby of the season for the Iron will be contested against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Saturday, October 17, before they host Chelsea directly afterwards on Saturday, October 24.

A visit to White Hart Lane to face Tottenham Hotpsur is shortly after on Saturday, November 21 and the traditional Boxing Day fixture will be a visit to Aston Villa’s Villa Park.

There will be a fierce atmosphere inside Upton Park as the ground sees Tottenham visit for the last time on Tuesday, March 1 and a trip to Chelsea follows on Saturday, March 19.

Arsenal return to east London on Saturday, April 9 and the Hammers last game, a week after Swansea’s visit to Upton Park, is against Stoke City at the Brittania Stadium on Saturday, March 15.
