West Ham United have reportedly made a €15 million bid for Marseille forward Dimitri Payet.
According to French newspaper L’Equipe, the Hammers have made an offer of just over £10 million for the Marseille winger-cum-attacking midfielder.
The Frenchman is set to have discussions over his contract with the Ligue 1 club when he returns from his holiday.
It was reported that new manager Slaven Bilic was keen to make a move for the 28-year-old last week, and now the Hammers have stepped up their interest by making an offer for the French international.
Payet made 38 appearances for Marseille last season, scoring seven goals.
