AC Milan are unwilling to sell Carlos Bacca to West Ham United for under £20m as the Colombian international cost them £23m last summer.
Sky Sports News reported the Hammers had submitted a £15m bid for the striker yesterday but Bacca’s agent said there is nothing concrete as of yet but they are in discussion.
The 29-year-old scored 80 goals in four seasons for Club Brugge, Sevilla and the Italian club and has also made 28 appearances for the Colombian national team.
