Dimitri Payet and Darren Randolph will come head-to-head tomorrow in the round of 16 at Euro 2016.

Randolph and Republic of Ireland were sent through to the knockout stages courtesy of a Robbie Brady header against Italy on Wednesday to face the host nation.

Payet has been one of the start performers in France as he has scored two goals in three games during the group stages.

The 29-year-old said France are remaining focused and not letting the pressure get to them to ensure they progress to the next stage.

However, Hammers keeper Randolph is used to facing Payet every day in training and he told the West Ham website it would be wrong to focus all their attention on him.

He said: “It is not all about Dimi although he is grabbing all the headlines right now so we will see what happens.

“It is another great occasion and the chance for us to get in the history books against the hosts in the last 16.

“It is something to go and enjoy, we have worked incredibly hard.”

The match will take place tomorrow with the KO at 2pm at the Stade des Lumieres in Lyon.
