West Ham were bowled over by Man Utd, today.
In a one-sided affair at Old Trafford, chances for the Hammers were few and far between. Kieron Dyer, in an impressive display by him, went closest for the hosts when he fired a shot into the side-netting.
Wayne Rooney put Utd in front from the penalty spot after Jonathan Spector fouled Ryan Giggs inside the box, on 33 minutes.
Luis Nani doubled the advantage with a drilled shot from the edge of the penalty box on 50 minutes.
Dimitar Berbatov with a classy scissor kick made it 3-0.
The result leaves Avram Grant's side bottom of the Premier League with a point in the new campaign.
