West Ham face competition from Liverpool, Fulham and QPR in their pursuit of Rangers striker Nikica Jelavic.
The 26-year-old Croatia forward has netted 17 goals this season and his form in Scotland has attracted plenty of interest south of the border.
The Hammers have reportedly made an offer worth up to £6m but this may not be enough with so many clubs interested in the striker.
