MANCHESTER United could welcome back Wayne Rooney and Nemanja Vidic for Saturday's must-win Premier League encounter with West Ham.
The pair missed last night's Champions League semi-final second-leg victory over Barcelona with injury.
Rooney sat out after suffering from a hip problem and Vidic was sidelined with a head injury.
But United boss Sir Alex Ferguson believes the duo - as well as full back Patrice Evra who was stretched off in the game last night - should be fit enough to take on the Irons.
"Patrice got a real bang on the head but I'm sure he'll be alright for Saturday," Ferguson told MUTV.
"Vidic may be okay too, but that's in the doctor's hands.
"After getting the knock against Chelsea on Saturday, Wayne was in real pain on Monday.
"I made the decision not to risk him against Barcelona because if I had to then substitute him early in the match it could really have affected us, so I went with a front two of Cristiano Ronaldo and Carlos Tevez.
"Wayne has got a big chance of being fit for West Ham. He'll be alright for Saturday."
United are locked on 81 points with Chelsea at the top of the Premier League.
But, with a vastly superior goal difference, United need only win their remaining two fixtures - against the Irons and then away at Wigan on the final day of the season - to retain the title.
