ROD Stewart will be signing copies of his new autobiography at a high street bookshop.

The rock star, who lives in Copped Hall, near Epping, is due to visit Epping Bookshop in the High Street on November 17.

He said: “I really wanted to do something for our local bookshop,” adding that wife Penny Lancaster often bought books for their sons Alastair and Aiden there.

Access to the signing will be limited to 250 people, who must bring proof that they have bought the book Rod: The Autobiography from the shop.

Only two copies per person will be signed and organisers have said there will not be time for Stewart to sign other merchandise.

Borrring, another book all about myself !
I mean, good luck to him but it so shallow isn`t it !
What has he done that`s so great since his last book? Thats would warrant someone paying £25 to gain this golden knowledge !
